The website for Despoina Demertzidou brings engineering, renovation and property services together under one professional identity. My work gives this broad range of services a visual home online, with Greek content, an English version and dedicated pages that let visitors explore the service relevant to their property.
A website built around property owners’ needs
This project had to accommodate several different reasons for visiting. One person may need information about a building permit; another may be planning a renovation or looking for an energy certificate. The site separates those subjects into service pages rather than relying on one general description of the business. Its navigation includes building permits, energy performance certificates, electronic building identity, renovation, technical safety and property services.
The homepage introduces Despoina and the scope of her work, then presents short service summaries. This gives visitors an overview before they move into a more specific subject. The service names remain visible in the navigation, so someone who already knows what they need can take a direct route.
Architectural imagery and a clear service overview
The design uses large architectural imagery, generous headings and a restrained colour palette. The opening slider introduces construction, property management and real estate. Further down, the service grid brings the technical and renovation offer into a consistent visual arrangement. My focus was to give the business a recognisable presentation while making its different areas of work understandable.

Greek and English content in WordPress
The project uses WordPress, Elementor and WPML. The Greek website has an English language option, allowing the business to present its work to a wider audience. My project notes document hands-on work with the translated pages, navigation and page layouts. That work involved more than translating paragraphs: menus, service terminology and the layout of each language version also needed attention.
Verified visibility in Google Search
For 17 July–16 October 2026, the verified domain property in Google Search Console recorded 59 clicks and approximately 1,890 impressions in Google Web Search. The report showed a 3.1% click-through rate and an average position of 8.7.
This is a dated snapshot of the website’s search visibility. It is not a before-and-after growth calculation, a count of enquiries or a promise that every service keyword ranks on the first page. It provides a measured reference alongside the website design work.
A rewarding collaboration
Despoina was very cooperative throughout our work together. I enjoyed the collaboration and found the project interesting because it brought engineering, renovation and property services into one website.
A focused online presence for a technical business
The finished project gives Despoina’s engineering and renovation services a central online presence, with a visual introduction and individual subjects that visitors can explore. It is an example of organising a professional service business around what its prospective customers are trying to find.
